Three's A Crowd PTY LTD respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how to notify us of alleged copyright infringement on content we host, generate or distribute, and how counter-notices are handled. It is issued in alignment with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA") of South Africa.

1. Designated agent

Notices of alleged infringement must be sent to our designated agent:

2. What to include in a notice

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material to be removed and a URL or sufficient location detail.
Your contact details (name, address, phone, email).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices that do not substantially comply with the above may not be actionable. False notices may expose you to liability.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was in error or that you hold the necessary rights, you may submit a counter-notice to the same agent containing:

Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
Your name, address, phone and consent to jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
Your physical or electronic signature.

4. ECTA section 77 notices

Take-down notifications relating to South African hosted content may also be lodged in the prescribed form under section 77 of ECTA, sent to the address above.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users - including creators, clients and academy members - who are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.

6. AI-generated outputs

We design our pipelines to avoid reproduction of protected works. If you believe an AI-generated deliverable infringes your rights, please send a notice as above and include any reference materials supporting your claim.
